Garden City Schools Substitute Teacher Opportunity

For the 2010/2011 school year, Garden City Schools will be utilizing the services of PCMI, powered by Willsub, to employ and payroll substitute teachers working in our district.  We are excited about this partnership and the opportunity it will provide you as an employee of PCMI.  As an employee of PCMI working in Garden City Schools you will have the opportunity to work additional days, participate in direct deposit, a 401k investment program, and may qualify to participate in Medical, Dental and other benefits. 

To facilitate your employment with PCMI as a substitute assigned to Garden City Schools, you will need to begin the PCMI employment process by Clicking Here.   Please follow the step by step instructions along with your online training certifications.

Any employee who has not been fingerprinted after January 1, 2006 MUST be fingerprinted using the Livescan digital process as required by Michigan child safety legislation.  Livescan fingerprints must be obtained before an employee will be added to the substitute placement system.  A Livescan fingerprint request form is included in Step 2 of the packet enrollment.

Garden City School Substitutes will earn up to $85 per full day of work.  To be eligible to substitute, you need a minimum of 90 passing credits from a four year accredited college.
